This is administered and funded by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is a federally funded program that helps keep households and families healthy, safe, and sustainable through various operations that aid with energy costs.

This program aids low-income qualified families through various weatherization services including:

Attic Insulation
Refrigerator Replacement
Carbon Monoxide Testing
Furnace Repair and Replacement
Installing Energy-Saving Devices
Minor Home Repairs
Energy Savings and Crises Plans
Managing Home Energy Bills

Maravilla has outreach office locations for LIHEAP services in Lancaster, Pasadena, and Los Angeles (East & Downtown).
