About Provider
What we do
Change Lanes is committed to providing professional behavioral health and other support services to at-risk and probation youth ages 12-17 years. Research shows that both persistent disruptive behavior and delinquency can be reduced at an early age by providing a safe place to congregate along with positive peer and adult support. Children who have witnessed violence and experienced traumatic stress aren’t always inspired in the same way. Youth can become negative, have low self-worth, expect to be unsuccessful, and fail to see a positive future. Change Lanes help youth reverse negative responses to toxic stress by identifying their strengths and natural talents, connecting them with support services that help develop self-confidence and help reduce:
- Academic Failure
- Substance Abuse
- Violence
